Initial Contact

Send us a message via our Contact Page to register your interest in the online rehab offering of your choice. If you’re unsure of which is right for you, just let us know that too and we’ll help you!


Step 2

Discovery

You’ll communicate with Ryan, our Physiotherapist & Clinical Director to decide on the best program for you.


Step 3

Commit

After your discussion with Ryan, you’ll purchase the online offering of your choice. If you’ve chosen the Virtual or Hybrid programs, we’ll schedule a time for our Virtual Consultation. If you chose the Self Guided Program, we’ll ask for some details like your email address and get you started ASAP.


Step 4

Practice

Once we’ve completed our Virtual Consult/Hybrid consult (if applicable), you’ll be empowered with the awareness about your injury, and the steps you need to take to reclaim your life.

You’ll receive a fully customised rehabilitation program designed by our Physiotherapist to complete at your convenience.

For those who opted with the Self Guided Program, you’ll be able to get started on your recovery journey immediately.


Step 5

Feedback

You will typically be advised to perform the rehabilitation program for 2-6 weeks, and during that time, we encourage you to keep Ryan in the loop.

We want to know if any exercise is aggravating, helping, you need alternatives, or you’re just not sure you’re getting it!

You can give us feedback within the App itself, or via email.


Step 6

Progress

After you complete the rehab program, it’s time to progress.

Schedule another Hybrid Remote program or ascend your Self Guided Rehab program to a Virtual Consult to take your results to the next level!

  • If you’re a new client, and we have not met before, I would recommend the 1:1 virtual Consult + Personalised program. This way, I can best get to understand who you are, what you’re struggling with, and how best to help you. Subsequent programs can be purchased as the Hybrid Remote program.

    Or, if you’re not ready to commit to the full Virtual + Personalised Program, go for the Self Guided Rehab Program only option!

  • With each program purchase (all 3 options), we will issue you an official Physiotherapy receipt including our name/credentials etc.

    You may submit this receipt to your insurance provider to make a claim (if possible).

    We are currently registered Physiotherapists in Australia, Hong Kong and United Kingdom.

  • It’s difficult to give an answer for everyone on this FAQ, but on a conservative level, you should be able to perform the program 2-3 times a week.

    For the best advice, please purchase an option with the virtual consult.

  • Most people should get good results with a personalised program. However, sometimes you may need some hands on treatment to be able to better participate in the rehab program!


    This is where finding a practitioner locally could be a useful component of your recovery process.

  • Having a diagnosis (in our opinion) can be very helpful to make sure we tailor the exercise program just for you!

    For example, somebody with a facet joint problem in their lower back will likely not respond well to our Lumbar Disc Relief Blueprint.

    Luckily, many of the common sports and spinal injuries we see in clinic can be reliably diagnosed virtually!

  • For most of our Level 1 Foundational programs, you’ll need a yoga mat, some resistance bands and light dumbbells!

    As we release more advanced programs, we will recommend further, easily accessible equipment for you to purchase.
