Now the work begins. Most initial consultations include time for hands-on treatment and rehab exercises tailored to your condition. This may involve manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue release, or joint mobilisation.
Follow-up sessions are more treatment-focused, allowing extra time for progressive rehab and strengthening.

Typically, if you have injured yourself as a result of sport, or, can’t go back to sport because of your injury, then sports physiotherapy may be the most appropriate.
Otherwise, for spinal pain, nerve pain, or post operative spinal conditions, spinal physiotherapy may be appropriate.

It’s difficult to give an answer for everyone on this FAQ, but on a conservative level, you should be able to perform the exercise program 2-3 times a week.
Your physiotherapist will be the best person to instruct you. -

We are certainly able to help with complex, traumatic injuries like motor vehicle accidents, or post surgical rehabilitation.
We’d recommend a longer initial consultation (60min) to give us adequate amounts of time! -
